11Google API Data and AI/ML Use
If you choose to connect Google Workspace services, including Google Drive, C4X Pulse uses Google API access only to provide the user-facing features you request.
For Google Drive access, C4X Pulse uses the minimum scopes required for the application's functionality, including https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. Where applicable, we use the Google Picker API so you can explicitly select the files you want to share with C4X Pulse. We access only the files that you select or explicitly share with the application.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace user data is used solely to provide user-facing application functionality and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or foundational AI/ML models.
C4X Pulse integrates with the OpenAI API (Paid API Plan) to process user-selected content and generate application-requested outputs. Google Workspace user data is transmitted to OpenAI only when necessary to perform the functionality requested by the user. Such data is not used by C4X Pulse to develop, improve, or train generalized or foundational AI/ML models, and is not used for advertising, resale, or any unrelated secondary purpose.
